When booking your service, you will be provided with an estimated time of arrival. We aim to arrive at the provided time with an allowance of 30 minutes more or less.
We understand plans and schedules can change. If you need to re-schedule or cancel your service, please give us 72 hours notice and we'll make adjustments as needed.
Last minute cancellations on single services may incur a $150 cancellation fee or up to 50% of Quote.
Ongoing Residential and Commercial Services with set dates require 30 day cancellation notice or full payment for all cancelled scheduled service.
For safety reasons, we do not offer the following services:
- Moving or Lifting any Furniture
- Pulling Out Large Appliances
- Cleaning Chandeliers
- Cleaning Deep Stains, Human Fluids and Pet Messes
- Mold Removal
- Clear floor space as much as possible (ie: shoes, kids toys, mats and rugs, boxes, etc.)
- Clear Counters (ie: personal items such as toothbrushes, braces, combs, jewellery, medication, etc)
- Clear sink of dishes and glassware
Every home is different and we never know what we are walking into. Should the service finish sooner or later than the quoted time, the overall invoice will be adjusted accordingly.
We have set procedures and precautions in place to prevent accidents, however things can happen. If something has been broken we will do our best to rectify the situation right away.
Please note, liability is limited to the value of the booked cleaning service for any claims.
Yes but we kindly ask for our team to be given a clear space to work. This helps to ensure we can follow our cleaning routine efficiently.
Yes! We arrive fully prepared to do our magic, all we require is access to your space.
Material fee includes products, clean cloths (detergent/washing cloths on sanitary cycles), garbage bags, gloves, booties, masks, fuel, as well as cleaning & sanitizing equipment.
We work in teams of two to three. This ensures we can complete the service in a faster time frame and be in and out of homes. Additionally, it prevents fatigue in our team members for larger jobs.
Being a small team, we can offer some consistency with the team members. We try to send the same team with minor variations as everyone needs a day off sometimes.
Hazard Fee may apply to services if our team experiences difficult working conditions including but not limited to foul smell, smoking environment, excessively dirty and unmaintained spaces etc. Our teams have the right to refuse services or alternatively a hazard fee may be negotiated depending on conditions.
